The company operates data centres in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and provides localized services in various countries and regions.

In 2023, Alibaba Cloud has 27 regions and 84 availability zones in operation. In Mainland China, Alibaba is the dominant cloud service provider, with over 10 regions across the country. Outside of Mainland China, Alibaba Cloud operates in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
